A black trick or treat bag will let them know how much you sCARE.
The Happy Halloween package will be delivered just prior
to Halloween.
All kits will be sent
to the WCSU Alumni Office, who will then contact your student
for pick-up. Please make sure to enter your student's email
address and phone number when ordering so he/she can be contacted
when the package arrives.
