some answers to some frequently asked questions.
Q.
What is the last day I can order WCSU Care Packages?
A. All
orders must be received by the deadlines listed on the individual
product pages so that we can make sure your student gets
their care package on time. If you have any questions about
the deadlines, please email us.
Q.
When will my care package be delivered?
A. The
care packages will be delivered to the WCSU Alumni Office right
before the holiday/event begins. If you have ordered
other packages, they will be delivered based on the date
specified with the order. Once received, the Alumni Office will notify your student for pick up.
Q. What are the shipping costs to send a care package?
A. Standard Shipping is included in the sale price. Overnight and priority shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Is it safe to order online?
A. Online
ordering is safe, easy and convenient. It is the preferred
method for purchasing WCSU care packages because it makes order fulfillment, tracking, and payment
much easier to manage.
ICareKits
uses Secure Socket Layer encryption and credit card authentication
to secure and validate your order online.

Who is ICareKits and what is their relationship to WestConn?
A. ICareKits
has partnered with WestConn's Parents Club to professionally
manage the University's care package
fundraiser. A portion of each care package sale goes to WestConn's Parents Club.

I have a question about my order. Who do I contact?
A. Send
all inquiries about your order to ICareKits. Please do not
send any inquiries to WestConn's Parents Club, as ICareKits has been contracted to manage
